As per Government of India regulations, 5% GST and 5% TCS are applicable on all tour packages.
All package prices are fixed and subject to change depending on confirmation timelines and fluctuations in hotel, transportation, or travel costs.
A 10% deposit of the total package amount is required to confirm the seat at the time of booking. A 40% payment of the total package amount must be made 7 days before the start date of the trip. The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival in Pithoragarh.
Travelers who make a full lump sum payment at the time of booking will receive an additional 5% discount on the total package cost.

All booking amounts or advance payments are refundable.
Once the booking is confirmed, the full amount is refundable if the trip is cancelled for any reason.

If there are any disruptions during the trip due to bad weather, road blockage, natural disaster, or any unforeseen situation, the best possible alternative arrangements or cancellation will be made keeping in mind the safety and practicality of the situation.
All decisions taken under such circumstances will be final and binding, with the safety and management of the trip being given top priority.
Please note: If a booking is cancelled for any reason before the trip begins, the booking amount will be fully refunded. However, if the trip is cancelled mid-trip, the best alternative arrangement or settlement will be made taking into account the safety and practicality of the situation.
