Yatra & Events reserves the right to discontinue a participant’s journey at any point if their conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate towards fellow travelers or staff.
Travelers moving outside the assigned group, accommodation, or planned route without prior consent do so at their own risk. Yatra & Events will not be liable for their safety during such instances.
Any damage or loss caused to hotels, campsites, vehicles, or property during the tour must be compensated by the concerned traveler at actual cost.
Yatra & Events is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings including luggage, cash, gadgets, or valuables at any time during the journey.
All participants must carry a valid government-issued photo ID throughout the tour. Failure to present valid identification may result in denial of services.
Only travelers registered with Yatra & Events are permitted to stay at assigned accommodations. Entry of unregistered guests is not allowed without prior approval.
Facilities such as hot water, electricity, mobile network, and internet connectivity may be limited or unavailable in remote mountain regions and depend entirely on local conditions.
Accommodation and transport arrangements are considered confirmed only after receipt of the required booking amount and necessary traveler details.
Yatra & Events shall not be held responsible for health issues, altitude-related sickness, injuries, or accidents arising due to personal negligence or undisclosed medical conditions.
In situations involving adverse weather, road closures, landslides, government restrictions, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary may be altered, postponed, or curtailed. Decisions taken by Yatra & Events will be final and focused on group safety.
In case of vehicle breakdowns or travel delays, travelers may need to wait until repairs are completed. Alternate transport is subject to availability and feasibility.
Certain sightseeing spots or activities may be missed or cancelled due to time constraints, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays. No claims shall arise from such situations.
The tour leader or coordinator has full authority to make on-ground decisions regarding timing, route, or itinerary changes for the smooth and safe conduct of the tour.
Travelers are expected to maintain discipline, respect local customs, fellow travelers, and tour staff, and follow all instructions issued during the journey.
We strongly promote responsible and eco-friendly tourism. Littering, misuse of natural resources, or environmental damage will not be tolerated.
Once confirmed, registrations are non-transferable and non-adjustable, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Yatra & Events.
